fixxed it! there was an extra character in the make file on the line where it said cc = gcc it was cc ?= gcc haha

o k, i just got liblinear from boo so if all goes smoothly i'll have nmap done and packaged by the end of the night and all of you will be able to get it if/when someone who can upload it to the repo does :) :)

Mach-o errors like that mean you have to #undef the function that is creating the problem.  i can look at it, would you send me the file that wont compile? And I can try to fix it.   As for the CC error,  even though you said you fixed it. Its easier run:

Wait, you said it compiled fine, yet youre posting compiling errors? Do you mean that it configured fine?

@boo: i think that our first act as a dev team could be rewriting mach.h to make it compatible with iDevices, because mach.h is a mac header and causes the most problems in porting. Good idea?
