App for hex editing?

Is it possible to make a app that can hex edit the files on the idevices so if we want to hex edit we don't have to connect to the computer every time. I have tried the other hex editors already on Cydia but for me not 1 will work...

I think I remember Ironman or someone doing it on iDevice. I'm sure he'll swoop in any second and clear it up.

I know of 3 I forgot their names (I deleted them) but they only worked for iOS 4.x.x do they were useless... :(

Try ifinder in cydia

Ironman:
iFinder has a built in hex editor. You can also try VBinDiff from Cydia. But it is a misery to use. I suggest using a hex editor on a PC and SSH-ing the file to and from your device.  Much easier. "Ironman away!!". *swooping sound as Ironman leaves*
