Anyone know any really good droid forums, something that's equivalent to this site but for a droid, or a good tut for flashing a HTC Evo to Ntelos

Is there anyway i can find out if an htc evo can be flashed to ntelos network, ive seen youtubes videos of it being done but cant seem to find a tut anywhere, so now i dont know if the video is fake or not, any help will be appreciated.
