PIL: The Python Imaging Library

PIL is a python extension written in C that is used for all types of image manipulations of various file formats. It is the Image module in python. This program is required by some python programs.

Well, i already compiled it to get another program working, so i figured why not? Why does it bother you that im being productive and sharing?

oh alright. and because the PIL is a pretty well known thing in the python community so i found it redundent...

Other people might not know that. This is for those who dont know how to use gcc or have a working gcc. This just compiled without a hitch, unlike mercurial, where i had to rewrite a whole C function.
