OS Anti-Virus Remover

I recalling finding a Linux OS that removes Viruses and scans and such...
If anyone knows what it is please tell me!!!

I'm pretty sure Puppy Linux has an option to remove viruses. But that ^^^ is probably the best. I've heard very good stuff about Malwarebytes, even if I'm lucky enough to not have had to use either.

That's a software; I'm looking for an OS that is ment just for this.
It's like a backtrack but the use is for Removing Viruses and such
