Problem with ettercap .7.4

Downloaded ettercap .7.4. from ininjas/beta. Heard it works fine
It sais this whenever I type in a command.
dyld: libary not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libltdl.7.dylib
 Referenced from: /bin/ettercap
 Reason: Image not found
 Trace/BPT trap

I think you need to type ldid -S $(which tar)
However, it sais "sh: idid: not recognized as a command"
And should the "which tar" be replaced with the ettercap tar? If so, where do I find it.

You need to download ldid or ldone from cydia, and yes you need to replace it with the ettercap tar. Ldid syntax is: ldid -S $(which tar) ldone syntax is: ldone /path/to/tar -s

When I search ldone, I cant find anything to download?
What specifically should I download?

Add: [edited] to your cydia repositories and search for either ldone or ldid they both work.

I got ldid from cydia.
I redownloaded GetText from your repo, no problems.
I typed in 'ettercap.' then got this different error
dyld: Libary not loaded:  usr/lib/libXext.6.dylib
 Referenced from: usr/local/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.0.dylib
 Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap

Then I went and i typed in: ldid -S $(which tar)
Nothing happened.
Typed ettercap in again, same error.

Did you actually put the path to the tar or did you put $(which tar) it has to be the directory to the tar not $(which tar)

Lol. No. I didn't think we had to put the directory path. I will try and find it.

the $( ) just passes that output as a command line arg.

What else do I need?

  Cannot open etter.conf
