Very nice tut. While I can see Godman's opinion, I think that this is pretty much ok since these are big corporations we're talking about, and if someone doesn't pay for one of their items it isn't gonna impact their success very much. But this was very clever of you, h4ck3rpr0n3!

Haha thanks, and yeah, the number of people doing this would have to be pretty large for them to even notice.

First, very nice pron3!!!! Great work!

Second, @null, while disagree, like you do, with Godman's statement, I just figured I should point out the fact that your reason is really invalid (see below for what I'm talking about). If it is wrong for one person to do something, than it is wrong for any number of people to do it. If every person who does this just says "oh, I'm the only one that's doing it, it won't hurt" than all they are doing is kidding themselves and trying to give themselves justification for what they know is wrong.... I bet that things like this hurt businesses a considerable amount more than we all think, whether they internally acknowledge that SE is the reason or not. But, who's to say they don't deserve to be hurt a little to keep them in line?

That's true, I should have said that it is wrong, but I stand by my opinion that it won't hurt them very much. I also agree  that this probably hurts them more than we think, but not an amount big enough to make them go out of business or anything. If it was doing any real damage, wouldn't Logitech be not as big as it is? ;)
