So I ran across a neat booter recently and is called the Quantim booter! http://quantumbooter.net/ it costs a bit of money ($7 a month for the cheapest plan) but it does work... it features Skype resolvers, free proxies, cloud flare resolvers. and as well as the *quote stress test *quote. but it can boot a friend offline for a few minuets, or a long time if you have the patiance. the attacks are all spoofed so there is no need for a VPN. What attack type is best for me?
There is no guaranteed answer, all of our attack types work with a variety of hosts.

What is the difference between UDP CS, Q3, and DNS?
The difference is in what type of servers they utilize to amplify their attack output.
As suggested in their names,
CS utilizes Counter-Strike game servers
Q3 utilizes Quake 3 game servers
DNS utilizes DNS A records.
They output different speeds, and if one attack type doesn't work on a target, try the alternative.

What is UDP-Lag?
The name basically explains the goal and purpose of this attack, it is made specifically to lag the victim. This attack is in beta, but should function properly. It should send just enough data to lag them, but not completely out.

What is SSYN?
SSYN stands for Spoofed SYN flood. It uses the TCP protocol, unlike our other attacks using the UDP protocol. It sends spoofed handshake requests to a server, and basically the server doesn't get a reply back since it is spoofed.

What is ARME and RUDY?
ARME, stands for Apache Remote Memory Exhaustion is a layer 7 attack method that only works on web servers running the vulnerable Apache. RUDY on the other hand, stands for R-U-Dead-Yet? which is another layer 7 attack which utilizes HTTP POST attacks on any websites.

Are all your attacks spoofed?
Yes, all of our attack methods are spoofed. This increases our security and our user's security as well

TCP SYN DoS: I can write that in 5 min
RUDY: This is a free tool.
ARME: Its just slowloris, which is a free script.
Email bomber: There are free ones EVEYWHERE
SMS Bomber: iPwN (free) has sms_bomb.py, a free text bomber script.
Proxies: There are hundreds of sites that do nothing but list proxies for free

And as for the "skype resolver" I assume you mean a skype ip resolver. I literally googled it.
