Well it should be fine....
There is no visible difference but the file heirachy has been changed to a much more streamlined version.

I'll try later. Cydia says it's still in bin but it can't over write. Even after I deleted it with ifile

Have you tried rebooting? Sorry about the trouble though... MyRepoSpace is a rubbish hoster...
