I would very much like to run my minitool power data recovery program on my phone so I can find all the stuff that has been on it in the past (it was used when I got it) and also I need to recover a few videos that I deleted. However I cant run the program on it without it being mounted as a HD. I have tried iExplorer and it mounts and shows up in windows explorer as a removable disk with a drive letter yet it still wont show up on my data recovery program. Any advice or alternate methods to get this done? Thanks I appreciate it.
