Thought this might be useful to some people. http://www.spys.ru is a free list of proxies. Socks proxies, http proxies, you name it. It's become easily my favorite proxy website. The only drawback is that it's in Russian. So I usually access it with Google Chrome or when I don't have access to chrome, I stick the URL in google translate.
