What doesn't work and what error messages are you receiving? What Ironman posted was basically the step-by-step method to fixing your issue. You may want to try using a friends PC with a better connections or a different USB cord.

Do you have access to your device with ssh?
Ifunbox is a good application.

If so I may be able to help you to get your device out of a bootloop so you can uninstall installous.

Nope. I just tried to but it didn't work. I'll try restore it on my other computer. How do I get iTunes on Ubuntu 12.04?

Have you tried just letting it run out of power from recovery then fully charging it? Got me out of a fair few problems, and if that doesn't work then you can restore

You need to let it sit for 2 full days after you get the out of juice "red battery" on the screen to truely drain it
