Super Evil Device (Rasbperry Pi Project)
« on: January 25, 2013, 04:06:03 pm »
Hey guys! Missed me much?  Sorry I haven't been on in a while, life has gotten the best of me.  Anyways, on to my Super Evil Device.  If you haven't heard of the Raspberry Pi its a little motherboard that costs around $35.  It has

2 USB
1 Ethernet
1 HDMI
1 Mini USB (for power)
26 GPIO Pins
1 RCA Port
1 Audio Jack
And the best part of all, a slot for the SDHC card.  Which is where the bootloader and OS will be stored.  If you screw up, just reformat the SD card.

Its ARM with 512MB ram.  Yes you can overclock if you want.  I bouth mine on Amazon for $50 because I wanted it right away lol. I also bought a little USB keyboard for $10 and a Nano WIFI card for $10 that plugs in via USB.    I also have a 3.5 inch LCD screen that is supposed to be used for a car rear-view camera.    This will be the interface to my evil device muhahahaha.

You can read about it here http://www.raspberrypi.org/

There are alot of cool projects out there, one hack turns the raspberry pi into a cheap Apple T.V.,  another an Arcade, home theater, PBX system.  I cant really even think right now there are so many.  I didn't find too many evil devices though.  We like evil devices dont we?   Then I found a project where you can easily take two wires and make an FM transmitter with a little bit of code.  Then the gears started turning, remember the movie Gone In Sixty Seconds?

And the universal garage door opener that was used as part of one scene,  where the device acquired the signal and then mimicked it to open the door later?  I would carve out an old Motorola radio and house the screen in there somehow.  With the raspberry pi inside powered by 4 AA batteries.   I could wire the existing antenna to the GPIO pins and there we go.  Shouldn't be hard to write a sniffer for RF.   Although, I believe we would need some extra hardware.

If that fails I've been designing a drone, this will fly around the neighborhood whilst running Aircrack.  I would have a shell at a remote station of coarse,  where I could have complete control.  It will also have 2 .22 cal rifles milled and mounted to the wings, this is to take down other drones.   I also know how to make rockets with KNO3 and Sugar.   It'll have those too.   All controlled with the rasberry pi somehow.....or

I could take a wok (Chinese cooking pan) and turn it into a mini-satellite dish.  Invert the wireless card into the parabolic dish and capture WiFi up to 4 miles away!.  I could cary it around with me everywhere I go, even hide in the woods and creep on peoples internet.   This would be the easiest to do, it would probably cost a little more than the garage door opener because of the wok.

If these ideas aren't evil enough id like to here some of yours.

lmao

I vote for the pwn drone

Can you mount the wok on the drone so it can crack from miles away?

This is something I was thinking about too, the reason being that I could tunnel my own router through one wireless interface and control it from even farther away than just using RF.  You know what I mean?  It would have to be a direct shot though.   That's where I could buy a USB WiFi antenna for around $50-75 and then have 360 degrees of wifi.   The pwn drone would be the most expensive project, but probably the best imo too.

Well a little idea for you to toy with would be to make a quick resource file for metasploit so that once you plug it into an Ethernet port it scans the subnet for hosts and autopwns them.

Would the drone running Aircrack be an aircrack hack air attack?

Always good to see you here Boo!!

Well... I voted for the wok, because it seemed a lot more practical for not getting arrested. BTW, how did the police car hack go?
If I assist you please consider giving me a +1.

I thinks so lmao.   Pwnage from above...Yea Im going to be around more often now!  Waiting to get a new iPad soon, then I can mess around again.

Yea I know, Id actually like to build a massive one with aperture radar and attach it to my roof.  But the small one I could actually use as a gun and aim it at an AP from up to 4 miles away.   Or hide in the wood a short distance and still get a strong signal.  I hadn't  looked too much into tracking a police car in a while, I never got much of a chance to ask anyone about it.  I still want to explore some things,  just haven't had the means in a while.  Maybe I could hide in the woods across the street from the police department lol JK, or am I? muahhhaahahaha

That'd be really, really awesome. I might have to try the wok one soon, sounds really cool. But it probably wouldn't have that great quality of a connection since you're using a wok though, lol. And yeah, I kinda thought those people at that forum wouldn't know too much about how it worked. That would be pretty cool too, lol. You should just bring a 9 DBi antenna and hack them from the woods without attracting attention with a huge wok sticking out of the woods though, lol.

<%a12danrulz> Idk, but doing a DoS from an apple device is like fighting a bear with a plastic spork

Im going to buy wok this week and try to find somepne that can weld and arm inside the parabolic dish to mount the wireless card.   I still want to buy a drone though.  I think the guns and rockets will weigh it down too much so maybe just a camera and rasberry pi.  I just found out the the makers of Pwnie Express have an image for rasberry pi as well approprietly named "raspberry pwn".  Can't wait to try it out!
