Well, my dad has a work laptop, my moms getting a work laptop, I'm getting a laptop, the only person who won't have one is my young sis, but she can use my moms.
So I'll get to take apart the old Dell :)

I would take out the newly installed ram, but the hdd is an old kind that no1 uses anymore

It's very sexy but the video card is a piece of ****. If the game is made later than '07-'08 I have to run it on the lowest settings to have it be playable and it still lags.

They are soldered to the motherboard possibly?

If you get hacker's app working you can...the app is working for me, I think that it may be a permissions issue, and will package it up when all finished.

I deleted iNinjas.app, unzipped to /Applications (to put iNinjas.app folder there), and did this:
chmod -R 0755 iNinjas.app
chown -R root:wheel iNinjas.app

Still crashes right away though.
