1. Study your target - gather intel.
2. Build a battle plan - use intel to build a list of ways to attack your target.
3. implement the attack that has the greatest chance of success. Then the next. Then the next.
Deception is your greatest tool. How gullible is your target? How much of a creature of habit is your target? Is your target Tech savvy? Do you have access to their machine? Do you have access to their network? Use your targets weaknesses to your advantage. This is the only way to get what you want.
Keyloggers, MIM attacks, use whatever you think will get the job done. There is no "1 way" to do it. There are no rules. There is no easy way. If you're looking for one. Forget it. It doesn't exist.
